The CSU Library shall be both a custodian of knowledge and a dynamic catalyst for intellectual and socio-economic transformation.

Through the preservation, dissemination, and creation of knowledge, it will empower students, researchers, and the broader community to generate innovative solutions to contemporary challenges—particularly unemployment and workforce inequity.

By integrating research, learning resources, and community engagement, the Library will serve as a hub for lifelong learning and as an intellectual engine driving sustainable development and social renewal.
